LOVE

is really about belonging. Families are where this sense of belonging usually begins but in today’s world that’s not always true. Many families are hurting and many are separated from their families. We at River’s Cross want you to know that nothing can separate you from God’s love. Not your circumstance, not your location. The power of God’s love is made real in a community of faith where each of us has experienced the amazing power of God’s love reaching out through one another. Are you alone or lonely? Are you trying to get a handle on life? Are you a long way away from those you love and care about? Do you just need somewhere to belong and know that someone is looking out for you? Here at River’s Cross and on the Mosaic campus you will find a love like that. That’s what God has done for us and He will for you also. You’re invited.

HEALING

is something that many of us need; healing of the body, mind and spirit. Much happens in this life that hurts us. Sometimes we hurt ourselves; sometimes we are hurt by others and sometimes by disease. At River’s Cross we minister healing through the amazing power of God’s Holy Spirit. Many of us have at one time or another received healing form God and can bear testimony to what God has done. What the Lord Jesus Christ did on the Cross was to make it possible for us to be healed and set free in body, mind and spirit. When He rose from the dead He gave His Church the power to minster that healing to others. Our prayer is that you will discover this for yourself in this family of faith at River’s Cross and the Mosaic campus.

RESTORATION

is what God works in us on a daily basis. The enemy (the devil or Satan) came to rob, kill and destroy; but Jesus came to destroy the works of the devil. Jesus also came that we might have life and life abundant. We believe in God’s awesome promise that what the enemy has stolen from you, He will repay you Himself. How amazing is that? Jesus came to restore us to God the Father, restore us to one another and to restore what has been stolen from us. Here at River’s Cross we will help you in your journey of restoration and to discover the very real plan God has for your life.

NURTURE

is what we do to help you to grow in faith and support you in the process. The Lord Jesus Christ instructed His Church to make disciples. Here at River’s Cross we provide the training which will enable you to grow in your faith so that you will not only be blessed, but be a blessing. Discipleship training is to help you to grow to be more like Jesus, whose love and compassion, healing and restoration He gave to all who were willing to receive. This is still true today and you can experience this support and encouragement at River’s Cross. We recognize that all of us are a “work in progress” and we invite you to join us as we help and encourage each other.

FAITH

is the recognition that we can do none of these things in our own strength, but by faith in the power of God. He gave His Holy Spirit to those who believe in Him so that by His power we are able to do all things for His purpose and for His glory. It is our expectation here at River’s Cross that God will honor His Word with His presence and His power. This has been our experience and our prayer is that it will be yours also.
